Journey to Mexico's vibrant city of Oaxaca with National Geographic photographer David Alan Harvey and discover the rich culture of this beautiful region. Stay at the Hostal de La Noria, located two blocks from the zócalo, one of the prettiest main plazas in Mexico. This workshop follows a similar format to the Santa Fe workshop and includes excursions to ancient Monte Albán, the traditional Zapotec village of Teotitlán del Valle, and Ocotlán's sprawling market. All meals are included, except for three dinners.

These workshops are geared for digital photography and include additional instruction on downloading, saving, organizing, and archiving images, and on cropping, sizing, and manipulating images on the computer. Digital photographers should bring their own SLR digital camera, laptop computer, and editing software.
